8 Years of Strat Labs – A Year of Impact

May 1st marks our 8th anniversary at Strat Labs, and as we look back on the year it’s been, we’re filled with a deep sense of gratitude. We’re proud of the stories we helped tell, the causes we stood behind, and the people who made every moment meaningful. Here’s a look at some of the unforgettable highlights from this year of impact.

Celebrating Client Milestones That Inspire Us

Our clients are the heart of everything we do. This year, we’ve had the privilege of supporting some incredible milestones, and we’re humbled to be part of these journeys.

  • Warren Village celebrated its 50th Anniversary, marking five decades of empowering single-parent families in Denver. Supported by Strat Labs, they threw a block party for the entire community to attend.
  • United Cerebral Palsy hit a major milestone with 75 years of advocacy and service. Their campaign, United for GOLD | Growing Opportunities for Limitless Dreams, raised over $175,000 to help people with disabilities achieve a life of inclusion.
  • The Range of Motion Project (ROMP) had their viral moment when they were featured in a MrBeast video, bringing nearly 100 million eyes to their mission to provide prosthetic care to global audiences. A huge opportunity for ROMP!
  • We unveiled a new logo for the Mark Schonwetter Holocaust Education Foundation. This logo sets a new era of resilience, remembrance, and education for future generations.
  • And during Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation raised an incredible $350,000 for research, fueled by the TNBC community. We were honored to play a part.

A Moment of Recognition: A Colorado Company to Watch

This past year, we were thrilled (and humbled!) to be named a Colorado Companies to Watch winner. It’s a testament to the scrappiness of our small but mighty team and the incredible organizations we’ve had the honor of supporting. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Learning, Growing, and Showing Up Together

We believe that showing up is everything. Whether it’s for our clients, our partners, or the communities we serve, we’ve said “yes” to every opportunity to connect, learn, and grow. This year, we were able to:

Each of these moments reminded us why we do this work: to lift up missions that truly matter.

Culture Moments We’ll Never Forget

Of course, it’s not just about the work, but the people behind it. In year 8, we celebrated our vibrant Strat Labs culture with:

  • A recreated version of Survivor brought to life in our office, complete with team challenges, surprise twists, and plenty of laughs—Strat Labs Survivor made Q2 one to remember.
  • Multiple team happy hours, including our BurnDown Denver happy hour, and celebrating how far our team has come personally and professionally.
  • In Q3, we belted out karaoke hits and got creative with tie-dye at our culture event, bringing color and personality to the day.
  • We celebrated Curry and Christine with joyful baby showers full of games, sweet treats, and laughter, reminding us how important it is to support each other through life’s big moments.
  • Our end-of-year festivities were a simple but joyful mix of Halloween costumes, childhood throwbacks, snowball games, potluck cookies, and a Secret Santa mug exchange
