Candace Richter

Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

Candace has spent her 25+ year career developing, executing, and leading business strategies in the private and nonprofit sector. Candace began her career in a robust management program with Bank of America and then honed her development and marketing skills working at the Discovery Channel among other media giants. She founded a nonprofit in 2011, which continues to provide support to families with premature babies (beemighty.org). Candace’s breadth of corporate experience organically lends to her ability to marry profits with purpose. Candace spent the last seven years at Inspirato, where she was able to help pioneer a new business line, Inspirato for Good, generating 7M internally and another 7M to nonprofits in just nine months.

Elizabeth “Lizzy” Neufeld

CEO & Founder

Lizzy Neufeld has been working in social impact for 23 years in a variety of capacities and industries. In 2018, she founded Strat Labs, bringing marketing, communications, and fundraising together for both nonprofits and companies.

Strat Labs’ team of 10 has worked with VF Corp, Vans, COGives 365, Downtown Denver Partnership, Denver Startup Week, Denver Public Schools, Girl Scouts of Colorado, The Holocaust Education Fund, and others.

Strat Labs was awarded the 2023 Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Startup of the Year award. Lizzy is actively involved in Denver Startup Week and is a member of the Association of Nonprofit Consultants. She is also serving on the Marketing Committee for Downtown Denver Partnership. Her vision is for Strat Labs to be a leader in social impact, helping purpose-driven brands and individuals refine their stories, amplify their voices, and build their communities.
