Candace Richter

CSR Specialist

Candace has spent her 25+ year career developing, executing, and leading business strategies in the private and nonprofit sector. After living in Corsica, Candace began her career in a robust management program with Bank of America. She honed her development and marketing skills working at the Discovery Channel among other media giants and founded a nonprofit in 2011, which continues to provide support to families with premature babies (beemighty.org). Candace’s breadth of corporate experience organically lends to her ability to marry profits with purpose. She has an aptitude to identify opportunities, build processes and galvanize teams to generate and exceed results. Candace spent the last seven years at Denver-based, hospitality startup, Inspirato, where she was able to help pioneer a new business line, Inspirato for Good, generating 7M internally and another 7M to nonprofits in just nine months. In addition to her expertise in leading talented teams, passionate about delivering innovative and impactful social initiatives, Candace has a personal track record of creating value for both internal and external stakeholders, while navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of philanthropy and corporate social responsibility.

Kelly Kane

SVP Warner Brothers Discovery

As SVP of Partner Marketing Kelly Kane is responsible for overseeing Warner Bros. Discovery’s full portfolio of U.S. Networks, on demand and tv everywhere experiences with virtual and traditional pay-tv affiliates. Kane manages all B2B and B2B2C engagement initiatives and leads the multi-platform strategies that support distribution revenue growth. Kane’s partner marketing team executes best in class event and hospitality experiences, and brand and IP centric campaigns promoting over 350 WBD titles a year for 700+ U.S. and Canadian affiliates, many times garnering industry award nominations and wins.

Kane’s oversight includes 29 basic networks with cross-functional collaboration across brand teams at the U.S. networks, Streaming, U.S. Hispanic networks, Social Good, Government Affairs, Legal and Business Affairs, Finance and GT&O teams.

The partner marketing and engagement strategies driven by Kane’s team are critical to the WBD U.S. Networks value proposition and contribute to the success of core function areas including ad sales, network viewership, TVE engagement and streaming.

Kane is a graduate of the Cable Executive Management program at Harvard Business School (June 2014), Vice Chair of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), a member of The American Marketing Association and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and serves as A Women of Influence for Girls, Inc. DC chapter.

She is married with two sons, lives in Silver Spring, MD and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
